| As an alternative to our traditional printable Employee Advocacy Center (EAC) wallet cards, your plan participants can now access information such as the EAC telephone number, email address, and hours of operation directly from their smartphones. So, whether employees are in the doctor’s office, or out on the road, just the click of a button can direct them to answers they need such as: |

- How can I appeal a claim?
The EAC provides plan participants with a professional, licensed and confidential resource to help with common benefit questions.
